TISM is a strengths-based, non-clinical profile. It describes how your mind tends to work. It is not a medical or psychological assessment, and it does not diagnose anything.
If you leave the “contribute” box checked on the start screen, we save your anonymous responses: the eight summary scores the quiz produces, plus the masking-cost value. That is all. We do not collect your name, email, or account, and the scores are not tied to you in any way. We use them only to calibrate the test's population statistics over time, so the results get more accurate as more people take it.
You can opt out before you start by unchecking that box. Then nothing is sent.
If you choose to email yourself your results, we use your email address once to send the link, then discard it. We do not store it and we do not add you to any list. Your results live inside the link itself, not in a database.
Your most recent result is saved in your browser's local storage so you can reload without retaking the test. This never leaves your device. Retaking the test, or clearing your browser's site data, removes it.
When you share a result (a LinkedIn post, a link, or the card image), the result is encoded in the link you choose to share. Nothing is shared unless you share it.
